Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Pricing and renewal

  • The first 21 days are free, with no payment details required.
  • After that, membership is optional: ₹149/month on the Monthly plan, or ₹999/year on the Yearly plan. Prices include GST.
  • Your plan renews automatically on the same date every month (Monthly) or every year (Yearly) until you cancel. You will receive a pre-debit notification before each renewal.
  • We never start charging you automatically at the end of the free experience. A charge only happens if you open the payment page, read these terms, tick the authorisation box and approve the mandate.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime, in any of these ways:

  • Reply CANCEL on WhatsApp (cancels your membership; daily messages continue until the paid period ends).
  • Reply STOP on WhatsApp (stops all messages immediately and cancels future renewals).
  • Use Manage Preferences on this website.
  • Cancel the mandate in your UPI app or with your bank / card issuer.

Cancellation stops all future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period (month or year) you have already paid for.

Refunds

  • Monthly plan: because each month’s content starts being delivered immediately, we do not refund partially used months.
  • Yearly plan: if you cancel within 7 days of being charged for a year (first purchase or renewal), we will refund the full yearly fee. After 7 days the yearly fee is not refundable, but your access continues until the end of the year you paid for.
  • If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, contact us within 30 days and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval.
  • If we discontinue the service, we will refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, our payment provider may retry. If payment cannot be collected, your daily messages pause and we will send you one message with a link to set up payment again. We never charge any late fee.
