Shipping & Delivery Policy

No physical shipping

Gita Smriti is a digital service. We do not ship any physical goods. Everything you receive — the free 21-day experience and the paid membership — is delivered as messages on WhatsApp to the number you register with.

When delivery starts

  • Free 21-day experience: your welcome message is sent within a few minutes of signing up. After you answer one question, your first reflection follows straight away. Reflections then arrive daily for the first 7 days and three times a week until day 21, at the time you chose.
  • Paid membership (₹149/month or ₹999/year): delivery starts as soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment provider — usually within minutes. Members receive one reflection every day at their chosen time, for as long as the membership is active.

Delivery time

Messages are sent at the delivery time you choose (Indian Standard Time unless your device reports another time zone). You can change the time at any time from Manage Preferences. Delivery itself depends on WhatsApp and your phone's connectivity, so a message may occasionally arrive a little later than scheduled.

If a message is not delivered

  • We automatically retry messages that fail to send.
  • Messages cannot be delivered if the number is not on WhatsApp, if you have blocked our number, or if WhatsApp limits delivery. Please make sure you register the correct WhatsApp number with country code and save our number in your contacts.
  • If several consecutive messages cannot be delivered, we pause sending and you can resume from Manage Preferences.
  • If our service is unavailable due to a fault on our side for more than 3 consecutive days during a paid period, contact us and we will extend your membership or refund the affected days, as you prefer.
